This policy applies to the XixiVPN website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why information needed to operate the services is used and how it is handled. Website analytics and subscription connection data are processed separately; website access records should not be understood as records of users accessing websites through international routes.
Account and Order Information
You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is neither required information nor a condition for activating the service. Keep your account credentials secure. When submitting a support ticket, do not include your password, full subscription URL, or sensitive information from payment credentials.
This service processes account identifiers, selected plans, subscription status, data usage, and order records for authentication, usage billing, subscription delivery, and support. Details and attachments you choose to provide in a support ticket are used only to address the relevant issue. Submit only information needed for troubleshooting, and redact personal details unrelated to the issue.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
XixiVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through subscription services or store browsing content, request bodies, or browsing history. It does not create access records linking accounts to individual destination websites, nor use such information for advertising profiles.
Subscription connection logs are not retained persistently. Source addresses, destination addresses, and detailed connection times that could be used to reconstruct an individual's connection history are not stored. Temporary session states needed to maintain a connection are released when the connection ends. Cumulative account usage and subscription status are billing information and do not include destinations. Necessary aggregated operational information is used to maintain routes, not to reconstruct individual browsing activity.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover pages on this website and do not extend to browsing activity through subscription connections. Do not include passwords or other private information in page addresses or support tickets.
Cookies and local storage support features such as session identification, login status, and language preferences. The user panel stores authentication credentials in your browser to maintain your login. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or reset preferences. On shared devices, log out of your account and clear related site data.
Third-Party Payments and Disclosure
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment channel or transaction network. This service receives payment results and transaction identifiers needed to verify orders, confirm receipt, process billing, and provide support. Payment account passwords are not required.
Payment channels handle transaction information under their own rules, and records on public transaction networks are not controlled by this website's deletion actions. This service does not sell account information. Relevant information is disclosed only as necessary to deliver the service, resolve payment disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations, with limits on the information disclosed and its use.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while account features are provided. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to manage billing, support, and applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and website analytics are deleted or de-identified once their respective purposes are fulfilled. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without confirmation, nor does account inactivity justify retaining all information.
To access, correct, or delete your information, log in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect account and subscription use. If some order information must be retained by law, the reason and scope will be explained. Clearing browser storage affects only local data; it does not delete your server-side account.
Policy Updates and Applicability
If data handling practices change, this policy will be updated on this page and the update month shown at the top will be revised. Changes that materially affect processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Update notices will clearly describe the changes and will not use vague language to expand the scope of information collection.
