Routes & Service Principles

Start by understanding what the service covers, then judge it by how it works in practice.

Choose a Route for Your Needs

Choose a route based on the region where your target service is available, then compare the real-world experience of IEPL dedicated lines, relayed routes, and direct connections. A closer location is not always the best fit, and a route label is no substitute for testing it yourself. For video calls, look for a stable connection; for streaming, check playback quality. Recheck routes during the hours you usually connect, especially at peak times.

Troubleshoot by Symptoms

If you have connection issues, first check your local network, plan status, and client mode, then switch routes to compare. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel with the platform, circumstances, and error details. Before attaching screenshots, hide passwords and subscription credentials to help us investigate while limiting unnecessary exposure.

Clear Billing Terms

Monthly subscription data resets each month on your activation date. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. Choose based on how often you use the service and how much data you need, not just the one-time price. A 14-day no-questions-asked refund is available; eligibility and processing details are subject to the Terms of Service.

Privacy Practices & Data Boundaries

XixiVPN follows an anonymous, no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. You can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. We collect only what is necessary for account management, subscription delivery, and support. A no-logs policy does not mean omitting account and billing information needed to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for details on how information is used and handled.
